Jamie and Nic planned a beautiful wedding! The rain held off until nearly everyone made it into the reception ballroom. The clouds made for beautiful lighting and we luckily got all the pictures taken before the rain came. I love Stillwater weddings! The reception was at
The Water Street Inn which is just steps away from the historic lift bridge on the St. Croix River. The entire wedding party spent the morning getting ready in two amazing suites at The Water Street Inn. The ceremony was held at Pioneer Park, on a hill overlooking the St. Croix River, the lift bridge and historic Downtown Stillwater. With the cloud cover, the panoramic views are spectacular.
This vintage suite!!!! Oh my, maybe my all time favorite location for the bride and bridesmaids getting ready! The bed, the windows, just stunning.
Picture perfect ceremony location, especially with the perfect cloud cover.
The first try of walking down the aisle, didn't go so well. Once she knew where her mommy was she was fine and the flower girls did a second walk down the aisle and it went perfectly. I'm so glad someone encouraged a second try!

There are so many great details about this wedding. I really like the ribbon back drop!
The officiant did something really cool. So after the bride walked down the aisle she had the couple turn and face the friends and family and said some touching words about how important they all were in couple's life and marriage. I'm sure the guests all appreciated the moment. I sure did, what a great photo it made!
I love the grey tuxes instead of black especially with the plum color of the bridesmaids dresses. Notice the bridesmaid in the dress the same color as the groomsmen, she is the grooms sister.
The bouquets and flowers for the tables were so sweet and pretty! Lovely work by the florist!
