Allie and John ~ A Country Wedding

This wedding is AMAZING!  A country barn wedding done beautifully!  Boots, sunflowers, burlap, lace, hay bales, mason jars... Somehow is it casual and rustic yet oh so pretty and romantic!

The venue is Brickhouse Getaway in Centuria WI.  A 100 year old rustic barn that oozes charm.  Allie and John choose the lower level of the barn for the ceremony since it had been very rainy leading up to the wedding.  They have great options for outdoor ceremonies when weather permits.  They used the upper part of the barn, the hay loft, for the reception.

Gorgeous!!! Love the lace of the bride's dress and the cowgirl boots with cut out hearts.
It was raining all morning and down poured just as the ceremony started.
 The first look...
Even with the rain there was amazing light with the barn door open.

Thumb prints of the guests as leaves on a hand drawn tree is a great alternative to a guest book.

Love the hay bales and 2x4 wood for seating.  The Brickhouse does an amazing job of providing a great decor of vintage charm.

Shortly after the ceremony the rain stopped and we were able to get out and enjoy the country views of the property.

Weathered barn board and sunflowers... perfection!
Love the bridesmaids dresses... the teal color, lace and the boots

The llamas and goats were super friendly and joined in for some pics.

 A little American Gothic :)

Here is the upper loft, stunning!

Allie has some mad culinary skills.  Homemade jams, yummy!

Love the white lights and chandeliers hanging in the barn!

Pie!!! Wedding pie? Yes please, I am not a fan of cake so I was thrilled.  Pie at a country wedding is such a great choice!  The menu included the most amazing bbq food.

Childhood photos and photos of the couple strung with adorable clips...
After several kisses in response to guests clinking glasses the couple included their daughter for a super cute kiss.
